Wonderful Handles These are beautiful brass handles, which much better accent our lovely hallways and bathrooms. I am enjoying having them very much and would recommend them to anyone. Beautiful and work great These levers are beautiful, sturdy and work great. Our contractor did have to replace ALL of the strike plates that came with our Kwikset interior levers though. Couldn't get them to match up with the plunger thingy for some reason??? October 19, 2009

Service fine; product handicapped The product appears fine. The problem appears in the instructions. It's sold as a reversible handle, but the instructions do not tell how to switch it from left handed to right handed, or vice-versa. You can probably figure it out, but the instructions should be explicit. Handleset's order and fulfillment process was fine. August 17, 2009

Very nice up-grade! The purchase was made for our new home. The Venetian Bronze levers were used in everyroom so that every room would flow. Can this passage set be used/exposed to the weather elements in an exterior setting (would be coupled with an electronic deadbolt for security)?

The Kwikset 720CHL can be used on an exterior door.

How do I specify when ordering this lever set that I want a drive-in latch?

The Kwikset 720CHL will come with all three options. The round corner, square corner, and drive in. You will not need to specify before ordering.

I already own Kwikset passageway door hardware and want to change decor. Is it possible to just buy new door handles and just keep the same latch set?

The Kwikset 720CHL comes with a latch in the set.
