Worthless
I bought five of these and four have of the five are messed up. When the handle is locked it stil turns about 1/8 of a turn.You can feel it slip inside. Called the manufacturer and was told they were defective but that she had never heard of such a thing. Yea right.

Excellent Entry Knobset
Installed nine of these handsets between two houses over the last two days. I really like the clean appearance and comfortable feel of this handleset. Feel really good also about the security provided by this model as well. The interior side of this handleset has concealed screws and the inner handle can be tricky to install if the ring on the back of the interior handle is not fully seated against its stop. Only had one handleset that was not seated properly and a quick push with a flat bladed screwdriver bit corrected the problem. Handlesets.com did an OUTSTANDING job of rekeying my locks at no charge - although the "Smart-key" feature is quite simple to perform if you desire to use it.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. It was easy to install and it looks great.
I would definitely recommend getting your locks from Handlesets.com as well. We replaced 9 locks and all of them were keyed the same and we received 7 keys so we have plenty of extras. The best part was I ordered the locks on a Monday, used their free shipping on orders over $199 and the locks arrived on Wednesday. The only thing that is a little odd about this product is that the interior knob is slightly smaller than the exterior knob.
