Nice fit
We've been looking for a modern-style handleset for a while, but most are very pricey. This one fit the bill nicely and the quality is excellent. I wish the Vedani line was much wider, so that I can get lock sets done in the same shape. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of a Kwikset product. Installation was simple and all extras for the install are included.

Can a new Kiwkset Smart Key lock be changed to work with a standard Kwickset key?
Kwikset smart key cylinders can be keyed to an older standard cylinder.
Are you able to order this with different interior/ exterior finishes?
Thank you for your qeustion! Unfortunately, the Kwikset 740VDL-S cannot be ordered with different interior and exterior finishes.
Does this contain both indoor and outside handles/locks?
The Kwikset 740VDL-S is a set that includes both interior and exterior levers. There is a keyhole on the exterior side and a turn button on the interior side for locking and unlocking.
Is this style available without the Smartkey function?
The Kwikset 740VDL-S is apart of the Vedani Collection, which only offers the smart key technology for the keyed entry door lever.
