Dummy Door Handles Handles worked out great with ball catch at top of doors. Helps make this quest suite private and comfortable. July 22, 2011

Handsome and Attractive I went back and forth about which handle to order. I already had this handle on the doors throughout my first floor. I really liked it but thought I wanted something different for the second floor. I placed the order for a different handle and then cancelled before the order was processed. This is such a solid and sturdy handle that provides character and impact without a lot of cost. I am very pleased with the customer service as well. Excellent. June 25, 2010

Classic Styling, Exceptional Quality The handles I chose were polished brass. They have a lovely finish, and the timeless, classic styling I was looking for, but I was most impressed with the "heft" and the feel in your hand. They are much nicer than what was currently in stock at the "box" stores locally. January 5, 2009

Is this a set or a single handle?

The Kwikset 788ADL is a single dummy lever. It is non-functioning and there is just one lever included.

Can these be used on a pre-hung door with the handle whole already drilled?

The Kwikset 788ADL will work as long as the bore hole is not larger than Knob Diameter: 2-5/8.

Do you need to get left or right handed or are they interchangeable?

The Kwikset 788ADL is reversible handing.
