Shelburne Single Cylinder Sectional Handleset, Exterior Only 5 5 2 2

Great service We ordered this handleset as a replacement for our original front door set. Since we wanted to order the same style as the rest of the house, we knew what we needed. The product was very easy to find and the ordering process simple and straightforward. The problem came from our end - we thought since this was a replacement that we did not need the inside handle so did not add that to the initial order. WRONG! As soon as we discovered we did need the other part, I called customer service (this was about 24 hours after I placed the order) and told them what happened. I wanted to add the handle to the first order to avoid paying the extra shipping charge. The customer service rep called the warehouse where the order had been put on hold so they could check to see if the inside handle SHOULD have been ordered before they shipped. The handle was added to the original order - with no additional shipping charges - and we received all the parts within 48 hours. We were VERY pleased with the product and the service!
