can you use halagon lights in this pendant?

The Lite Source LS-19921 can be used only with an incandescent/halogen bulb. It uses a 60 watt regular bulb.

The color is aluminum, I am going to assume that it does not come in brushed nickel but is that finish far from aluminum?

The Lite Source LS-19921 does only come in Aluminum and it is more silver, stainless steal like than nickel.

Is this pendant line voltage or low voltage

Under tech specs it indicate height is 117. Inches? Can the cord length be adjusted and if so maxmum and minimum? What is the cord made out of?

The Lite Source LS-19921 is adjustable from roughly 13" to 117". The cord is braided aluminum.

Will this light work with a 9 ft ceiling for a kitchen island? Do you provide all of the wiring for it?

The Lite Source LS-19921 has a overal length that can be adjusted from 17" to 117" so it would work nicely over a kitchen island with a 9' ceiling. This fixture does include all needed wiring.

Can the pendants be used in multiples and connected to a lighting track?

The Lite Source LS-19921 cannot be connected to a track lighting system.
