Can this light be used in a wet area on an outside wall?

The Lithonia Lighting OFTR 200Q 120 LP is UL listed for wet locations and is suitable for outdoor use.

what kind of bulb does this light require? is it supplied or separate?

Is the lens cover a polycarbonate or glass? I'm looking for something that doesn't have a glass lens, and the bulb must be completely enclosed so that there is no glass in the area of the pool in case of breakage.

The Lithonia Lighting OFTR 200Q 120 LP is a glass lens. Also this is not recommended to be installed inside a pool as it is not a fully enclosed unit.

Not that I have heard of. Usually I get wind of items having problems via customers calling in, or hearing from people about it, but I have heard no negative reviews about this item, nor have I experienced anyone having trouble with the estimated life of the bulbs.
