Good value
I wanted to replace my outdated Hollywood light fixture but it's really hard to find 4' long light fixtures. I was really happy to find this site with their selections. This is a great value for the price. When my light arrived two of the globes were broken even though they were packed really well. I called customer service and they shipped me out two new replacement globes. Unfortunately they sent the frosted globes instead of the Wilshire color. I called them again and they were very sorry and sent out the correct color. This is the only reason I rated them a 4 instead of a 5 but I understand that these things happen and will order from them again.

Love light!
It is usually difficult to find a light with the wall plate long enough to cover where an existing light was. Found this one and it is perfect. Arrived quickly, great price, looks great in our new refinished bath.

Nice light but....
Product is beautiful in design. It came scratched however and was very difficult to get wires covered and light installed. Manufacturer should reconsider the placement of wires for easier install.

How far apart are the mounting screws?
The Maxim 8016MR has a distance between the mounting screws of 35-3/4".
Is the trim on this fixture chrome?
The trim of the Maxim 8016MR is made of aluminum.
By looking at the picture it is hard to tell if the globes are white or creamy colored. Which are they?
The glass is white with a swirl pattern.
Can this fixture in the polished chrome finish be mounted in the down position?
This item is reversible and can mount up or down.
Does the 8016mr 7 light vanity come in the Wilshire glass?
If ordered in Oil Rubbed Bronze it does come the Wilshire glass. All other finishes come with Marble glass.
Does this fixture attach to a wall-mounted backplate?
The Maxim 8016MR is mounted to the wall with the backplate.
Is the light the same on all of these lights?
The light will be a consistent 100 watts along all of the lights of the Maxim 8016MR for a total of a very bright 700 watts.
Can this light be mounted in the up position?
This item is reversible and can mount up or down.
Do you have to use 100 watt bulbs or can you use lower wattage?
The Maxim 8016MR maximum is 100 watts. You can use lower wattage bulbs, but not higher.
Does this fixture install over a wall-mounted backplate?
The Maxim 8016MR is mounted to the wall with the backplate.
Can this use 60w or 40w light bulbs?
The Maxim 8016MR can be use bulbs with 100w max. Lower wattage bulbs would also work fine.
Does this fixture come with fewer lights to match the 8016?
The Maxim 8015MR is the same fixture except with 5 lights instead of 7.
I need the exact measurements of the base, width and length. Over all hight of the fixture does not matter. I'm trying to make sure defects in the wall are covered.
The backplate measures 48 1/16"w x 4 9/16"h. The overall fixture height is 7"
Is it dimmable?
