Gorgeous chandelier! I purchased this chandelier for a home that I built in the last 7 months and it is in my 2 story foyer and looks fabulous! I have the amber glass and it is not as dark as the picture shows but is very soft and beautiful. The oil rubbed bronze color goes very well with my oil rubbed bronze door hardware. July 25, 2009

Can this chandelier be hung on a slanted cathedral ceiling?

The Maxim MX 11239 can be mounted on a sloped ceiling since it is mounted by chain.

can this product be used outdoors if installed under a portico roof?

What is the chain length?

The Maxim MX 11239 comes with 72 inches of chain.

Is there a Minimun space the chandelier should be from the wall ex. 38inc dia/64"space

The Maxim MX 11239 width is 49 so half of this fixture is 24.5 - so you would need to hang this fixture at least 26 inches from the wall. Its best location is in a foyer, dinning room, kitchen.
