I received this product and was able to install it myself! It is good quality and looks beautiful in the guest bathroom. Not enough light for a bathroom where you would be putting on makeup or such, but perfect for a lovely "glow". The finish is bronze-y and wonderful match for just about any decor. My bathroom is burnt red-looks FAB!

Perfect for our hall bath
We replaced the bare bulb strip lighting in our hall bath with this fixture. We also recycled the old lighting by donating it. We bought the new fixture in chrome and installed it the way it is pictured . It looks great. The installation was fairly easy. I would definitely recommend this lighting fixture. It arrived in timely manner and was a fair price.

Can this use CFL light bulbs?
The Maxim MX 8013 can use incandescent or fluorescent bulbs.
Does this light come in 18"?
Yes, item 8012 is 18" wide.
Is this light compatible with all 2.25" glass globes?
The Maxim MX 8013 would not be compatible with all globes of that size. There are different ways of attaching globes and this one attaches with thumb screws.
Does this come in a longer size, like 48"?
The Maxim MX 8013 does come in a 48", 8016MR.
Can this light be installed with the lights hanging down rather than up toward the ceiling?
The Maxim MX 8013 can be installed with the lights pointing down or up.
Can you tell me what the measurement is from the center of the back plate to the top of the goose neck?
