Pulled the room together I bought this light for a ceiling fixture in a Mission style bedroom with chunky Mexican furniture and Mission desk. The fixture made the room and pulled the elements together beautifully. The photo is accurate. The amber tones pull the same tones from the wood furniture. It goes nicely with my soft yellow walls and modern art. It does not cast as much light as a white fixture would, but I bought it to enjoy the glass. It shows up best on my white ceiling. Product details says 3-60 watt bulbs, "Technical Specs" says 1-100 watt bulb, which is it?

Is this a pull-chain ceiling mount that does not need to be wired to a wall switch? I've been searching all over for a pull chain Tiffany - not for a ceiling fan - that doesn't have to be hard wired. Thanks.

The Meyda Tiffany 66678 is only a flush mount ceiling fixture and is not a light kit.

Is there much space under the mount for wires? Is there a dome, or is the mounting piece flush with the ceiling. (old home, other lines running from this location, wires need to be concealed)

The Meyda Tiffany 66678 has a canopy that attaches to the ceiling that allows for standard installation. You will need consult your electrician.

There is a chain pull shown in the picture of the fixture. Is this hardwired? If not, why the pull chain?

The Meyda Tiffany 66678 is a hardwired fixture, just like a fan light there is a pull chain to turn it off and on directly on the light as well.
