Very pleased We purchased this light for our kitchen. We had reservations at first; we thought it might be too formal and it would not offer enough light... Wrong on both accounts. It looks beautiful (Old World/Tuscan charm) and it adds so much to the kitchen... We added the medallion, which really ties our whole look together... Lighting Direct was very quick to respond and keep us notified to our expected delivery... Several items were broken during shipment however, the response and reshipment was very quick and friendly. Make sure you hold on to your instructions... We misplaced ours and Lighting Direct could not offer replacement instructions or guide us to get them... The manufacturer did not offer them on line. October 27, 2010
