online shopping has built in drawbacks The product itself is fine. The shipping service is fine. The only problem with shopping online is that one must wait to see how the item actually looks. Great Sconce, Quality, service Initial shipment was received with damage to the back plate and the glass piece in front was shattered...Lighting Direct immediately sent a replacement. They offer some of the best customer service I have ever seen. The sconce is high quality, very heavy stainless steel back plate and nice thick glass. With a standard CFL bulb provides plenty of light for our small hallway about 15'x4' February 27, 2009
