Best Fan
I now own a total of 4 MinkaAire Concept II ceiling fans. They are the best ever. I love the remote control.

Well Made
Very well made product. Manual is not so great but was very easy to install with the snap-in style fan blades. Blades are well made but a poly blade is not the prettiest however will hold up to moister forever. The RC210 remote is not the correct remote for this fan; fan is compatible with the RC212, model: UC784T. This fan is a good value.

Love My New Outdoor Deck Fan
I love my new outdoor deck fan. The light is bright enough to read by at night, and the very quiet fan not only cools but also blows away mosquitoes!

Excellent porch fan
We purchased the fan for a porch of our vacation home near Hertford NC. The fan is ideal for a low ceiling, damp location, and is very attractive. Installation was very easy as the fan replaced the existing porch light and the control replaced the inside switch.

The MinkaAire Concept II - Outdoor does not come with a hand-held remote. A wall control only. If you are planning to install unit outdoor it is not recommended to install the wall control outdoor. You would need to purchase the hand held remote seperately.

Unfortunately, the MinkaAire Concept II - Outdoor is only available in 52".
