Can this fan be flush mounted? If so, what is the measurement from ceiling to bottom of light?
The MinkaAire Contractor Uni-Pack cannot be flush mounted and requires at least one downrod.

Good Fan for the Price
The fan is a good value. The only improvement I would make is to replace the plastic end of the globe (light) with a metal cap to match the metal on the base of the fan.

Can this fixture use CFL bulbs in replacement of the incandescent bulbs?
The MinkaAire Contractor Uni-Pack can use CFL style bulbs.
Can you please tell me the total height from ceiling to bottom of fixture if I use either a 12 inch or 18 inch downrod?
The MinkaAire Contractor Uni-Pack would be 27" with the 12" downrod and 33" with the 18" downrod. It comes with a 4" downrod and would be 19" with just that.
Does this fan have a reverse option?
The MinkaAire Contractor Uni-Pack does have a reverse option on the unit only.
Is this fan compatible with any remotes?
The MinkaAire Contractor Uni-Pack is not compatible with the current remotes available. The MinkaAire Ultra-Max 5 Blade 54" Ceiling Fan is available with a remote.
