Thank you for your question the MinkaAire Gyro Wet does not have a stable fan from this manufacturer.
This item can mount on a sloped ceiling up to 29 degrees.
The MinkaAire Gyro Wet will need to be at least 7' from the ground.
This fan would work just fine in Minnesota. Rusting can occur in sea air over long periods of exposure.
The height including the 3.5" downrod is 16.75"h
Thanks for your question. There should be a model number around the base somewhere. The manufactures change their spots all the time! You best bet is to give them a call and they will be able to direct you to the model number.
The MinkaAire Gyro Wet fan can use any MinkaAire controls. The recommended hand held options is the MinkaAire RC221.
The MinkaAire Gyro does not have the ability to set a different degree of rotation. I apologize.
