It's basic - but that is what we wanted, weren't looking to make a statement with our fan - more wanted it to blend in with the white ceiling. This works great - no complaints.

I want a remote control for the Mesa 52. Is the RC212 and P001021500A receiver the solution. If not, what do I need?
You would want to order RC223, which includes both the reciever and the remote that would work with that fan.
If the Minkaaire is compatible with the WC105-WH, does that replace entirely the need for the pull chain?
Thank you for your inquiry. The MinkaAire Mesa 52 will not require the pull chain if using the WC105-WH, which controls 4 fan speeds. The WC106-WH controls the fan and a full dimmer could also be used.
Can the direction of the blades on the MinkAire Mesa be reversed?
Thank you for your question. Yes, the MinkaAire Mesa 52 has a switch on the fan itself that controls the fan direction.
does the Minka light kit K9365 work with the Mesa 52. Also what is the universal remote for this item
The MinkaAire Mesa 52 can take the K9365 light kit and you can use the RC223 remote for the fan.
Does the Minkaaire Mesa come with remote control?
The MinkaAire Mesa 52 does not come with a remote control but it does come with a 3 speed pull chain.
is this exterior rated? I need a flush mount white ceiling fan for under a deck
The MinkaAire Mesa 52 has a dry location UL listing. It is not recommended to use this product outdoors. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Thank you.
