Can the fan direction be switched from the wall mount control for summer and winter?

The MinkaAire WCS223 fan direction can only be changed on the fan itself by the motor.

Will this remote set work with the Minka Aire Sundance fan and light kit?

The MinkaAire wcs223 does work with all Minka Aire fans. But the two controls recommended for use with the Sundance are the WC105 and the WC106.
