Does this product come with the square frame also?

The Moen 101663 is round only.

The square options I could find are the Kohler K-9136 and Monogram Brass MB139453 (available in multiple finish options).

What is the 3 and 3/8" spec refer to that is on the spec sheet?

The Moen 101663 is 3 3/8" center to center.

Are both the drain and the square plate available in brushed nickel?

Yes, these are available in brushed nickel.

Can this strainer be used in a tile shower?

The Moen 101663 can be used in a tile shower.

Does this have screws or does it pop it and hold tight?

The Moen 101663 does not have screws, it just snaps into place.

Does this include the shower drain and cover? The picture shows only the cover.

This is only the shower drain cover as pictured for changing the drain cover of an existing drain. If you need a shower drain you can look at Kohler K-9135 or the K-9132.
