The Moen 2565 does include a mounting bracket to be attached to a stud in the wall.

What are the dimensions and how does it compare with Moen DN5065

The Moen 2565 is the same size as the Moen DN5065, they are actually the same soap holder the DN5056 is available in chrome and glacier as opposed to 2565 only available in chrome.

What size opening does it need?

Cut out wall opening 5.25” x 5.25” x 1.875” depth.

IS THERE A SEAL THAT FITS BEHIND THE SOAP DISH

The Moen 2565 does not come with a seal.
