POOR DIRECTIONS FOR INSTALLATION. WORKS WELL WHEN FINALLY INSTALLED CORRECTLY NEEDS LONGER SPOUT. AFTER YOU USE IT IF IT DRIPS, IT DRIPS ONTO THE GRANITE TOP AND NOT INTO THE SINK. CUTTING THE HOLE CLOSER TO THE SINK NOT POSSIBLE SINCE IT WILL HIT THE SINK UNDERNEATH THE GRANITE. April 19, 2011

Didn't fit due to design change I have a soap dispenser that was made in 2003 and the new under deck units don't fit it. June 5, 2010

Will the Moen 344111 underdeck service kit work as replacement parts for the Moen 3910SL soap dispenser? The plastic stem that connects to the dispenser head broke. The stainless head and bottle are fine.

Is the plastic pump sold separately?

The Moen 344111 is what you would need to get the pump. It is not sold separately at this time.

DO YOU FILL IT FROM TOP OR DO YOU CRAWL UNDER SINK TO FILL?

The Moen 344111 can be filled from the top.
