This dispenser was very heavy weight compared to anything that I saw at the local chain stores.
It is built beautifully and matches the stainless steel Moen faucet that I picked out perfectly.
Faucet Direct was awesome on both ordering items and retuning an item that I did not need.

Give it Time
I'd like to give it five stars, but am witholding my final recommendation until I use the dispenser for a while. Previous Moen soap dispensers have suffered malfunctions in almost every case. Fortunately, Moen has replace all of my problem dispensers at no charge. This dispenser has updated internal workings and might work out to be much more reliable.

A good choice
I am extremely happy with this product. It holds almost a full large bottle of dish washing liquid. It is most attractive as well as functional.

Great product
Very solid, high quality soap dispenser that matches the finish on my Moen faucet. Replaced a low quality dispenser that came from a big box store. A vast improvement in both quality and appearance.

Great!
Bought this model to match our new faucet finish and replace our previous Moen workhorse soap dispenser. I really like the straight spout and the amount of soap dispensed with one pump. The bottle is probably twice the size of our older model.

Refill problem
To refill the soap dispenser, you must climb under the sink and disassemble the reservoir. You should be able to refill from above!

I have the new spot resist stainless and need to match a Tomlinson RO faucet. Would brushed stainless or satin nickel be closer?

My Moen soap dispenser finish is close to the brushed nickel when I went to the local home depot. I want Moen and couldn't decide if I will get the classic stainless or stainless steel. Please advise to avoid return?
The Moen Classic Stainless finish is a lighter gray than the Stainless Steel finish. Both are brushed finishes. I'll be honest; neither will be an exact match & usually brushed nickel tends to be a lighter gray tone. Hope this helps!

The way Moen sells pump and straws are seperated in two different kits. Part number 344111 is for the straw and 344112 is for the pump.
