Does this include the rough in valve?

The Moen 4902 does include a rough in valve.

The plastic piece inside of the acrylic knob that attaches it to rest of the cartridge broke. What piece would I need to order to fix this?

The Moen 4902 has two parts between the cartridge and the rest of the item. The cartridge nut is Moen 13401 and the stem extension is Moen 90274.
