Double Handle Bar Faucet from the Vestige Collection 2 5 1 1

Good Product Poor Directions Moen makes great products but their installation instructions are the worst in the industry. Their instructions are just pictures with no description of what to do! A few months ago I bought a Moen roman faucet from Faucet Direct. The installation was a nightmare. I worked with Moen tech support for many weeks before they finally told me the directions/pictures were wrong. To Moen's credit they sent me two replacement faucets that also had incorrect directions and did not work. It would have been a great product if the directions were any good. April 13, 2010
