Very attractive and functional My wife wanted an attractive bronze colored faucett that was also functional. So far it has met all of our criteria and was easy to install. Would purchase product again. February 12, 2010
I finally got the one I wanted! This is the first item I ever ordered on line - it was the one I wanted at a price I could afford so I took courage and placed my order! My item arrived in just a few days and now proudly sits on my new sink in my newly remodeled kitchen. I love the oiled bronze finish and the easy on and off spray! Finish not lasting We bought this faucet 3 years ago and we are now replacing it. I loved the look and the function at first but now the faucet does not rotate smoothly and the finish is pealing off from the bottom. While Moen stands behind their products, it is expensive to get a plumber out to repair or replace a part. He could not fix the rotation problem. So now we are going to have to go with another brand. Quality The faucet is great quality. it has two different spray buttons and even a shut off on the handle that comes in handy when filling a big pot. The only downfall I found is it I didn't find the hot/cold or blue/red sticker in the box! April 19, 2011
Love this faucett Purchased this faucett a couple of months ago for a kitchen remodel. I really love this faucett. It looks great and it's nice to be able to be able to choose between a soft or hard spray. Then with just a touch of a button again you're back to a regular faucett. April 15, 2011

An Excellent Choice We love this faucet. We chose the oil rubbed bronze to go with our cafe brown single bowl Blanco sink, and it looks terrific. It is also extremely easy to use, and the guanantee that it will continue to look and act this way or be replaced can't be beat. Faucet Direct was so pleasant and easy to work with, we'd certainly buy from them again. December 17, 2010

Can the moen 7545 in the oil rubbed bronze, single handle, and pull out spray be installed without the flat piece that goes next to the base?

A. The Moen 7545 uses an optional base plate and can be used in either a 1 or 3 hole application.

How wide is the base? We only have a 4" base and it is two hole. Will it fit?

A. The Moen 7545 has an escutcheon plate that is a little under 10-1/2" in length and 2-7/16" wide. Depending on how far spaced your holes are now, it should work.

Is the sprayer part of the faucet metal?

A. The Moen 7545 and other Moen spray heads are made of plastic. The reason for this is to protect dishes and counter tops from being damaged in the case of the spray head being dropped.

is the pull out hose itself metal?

A. The Moen 7545 pull out hose isn't metal but a braided synthetic hose. If you need more clarification let me know and I can call Moen an get specifics on the hose.
