Good lookiong but very poor quality
We installed 3 Grohe and 2 Hansgrohe faucets throughout our house and never had a problem. They still look as good as new, even the brushed Nickel surfaces in our bathrooms and function like a dream. As we were never disappointed by faucets we bought this Moen pull out faucet for our kitchen but got a nasty surprise. It was expertly installed by a plumber but started to leak after only 1 year. A plumber fixed it by tightening the rotating middle section but the more we had to tighten it to stop the leaks the more often we had to fix the problem. Finally we decided to buy another Grohe pull out. When the plumber pulled out the Moen faucet we noticed that they used a lot of plastic. In future we will stick to good engineering and don't go by looks.

Beautiful faucet
I can't comment on the reliabiity since we've only had it for three weeks, but this is a beautiful and very functional faucet. Got it in white to match our sink. Its got a little extra height and extension which is great for washing dishes in the sink and getting things directly under the faucet. And it looks great, wel made and not cheap looking.

beautiful faucet
This is a beautiful faucet but you need to watch the angle at which the water actually hits your sink. Loved it but had to return it because of this. Purchased a different Moen faucet which we're delighted with. Faucet.com's return policy was perfect and we had no problems whatsoever.

BEAUTIFUL FAUCET
An extremely easy transaction. Since I am new at this (plumbing stuff) I called customer service to make sure I was getting what I wanted. They were great & explained everything to me. I also went to a plumbing supply store & they couldn't even come close to Faucet.com price. The faucet is just what I wanted! Thanks!

You Can Do Better
I have this faucet, and it is about six years old. Unless you put the handle in just the right position, it drips. It also has a very weak flow unless you have high water pressure, which we don't in Las Vegas. My other Moen faucets (bathroom sink, shower, and tub) work fine and have good flows.
I also do not like the way the hose hangs up on the turn-off valves under the sink--not an installation error. To switch from spay back to a steady stream, I have to turn the faucet off.
Overall, this has been an OK product, but you an do better. I intend to replace it soon, and it will be with a different faucet.

Quick Delivery and easy to install
Very easy to install, the hardest part was removing the old faucet. One tip though, when you slide the hose for the shower head down through the faucet body, put a wad of paper in the opening, around the hose to keep it from sliding down the spout and out of sight. With the knurled hose connection and the radius of the spout, it was a pain to get it back up and out of the spout. It took two people, one to push the hose back up and the other to tease the knurled connection back into the opening with a skewer.

Love this faucet
This faucet fits our large sink perfectly. It does not get in the way of the window view. The reach is good and the spray is strong.

How do I remove the aerator (screen) from the faucet?
The Moen 7560, the aerator should be able to be removed by a twisting action at the end of the faucet.
how do I take off handle
There is a little button that you have to pry out on the handle base. Once that is removed you will be able to remove the screw that holds on the handle.
Can the faucet be mounted without the escutcheon plate?
The Moen 7560 can be installed without the escutcheon plate.
Does 7560 come with the deck plate?
The Moen 7560 does come with the escutcheon for a 3 hole installation.

The pull out head on the Moen 7560 Extensa kitchen faucet is plastic. All the Moen faucet pull out heads are going to be plastic.

The water flow from the Moen 7560 is clear and has an aerator.
Would low water pressure indicate a cartridge problem?
If you're experiencing low pressure, I would check the aerator first for blockage and debris. If that does not solve the problem, I would look at replacing the cartridge. I hope this helps!
Can I get this faucet with a soap dispencer?
The Moen 7560 is just the faucet. It doesn't come in a combo unit, but you can get any moen soap dispenser with matching finish.
