Faucet Hi, Customer service was great and faucet arrived timely and in good condition. It is working great and looks nice. We did have one problem. I don't know the correct terminology, but the "tubes" that the hot and cold water comes from were spaced wider than the "tubes" on our old faucet and my husband had to drill new holes. We would have thought this would be standard. It would be nice if the description at the website would give the measurements for the distance between these two "tubes." May 2, 2010
