bad experience I have had this shower for 20 yrs. This the third hose. It consistently breaks beneath the shower head and the plastic pipe inside then splits. August 27, 2010

Does the hose swivel at the attachment of the shower head?

The Moen A726 Shower Hose does not swivel as it has a rigid connection.

Does this model come with a adjustable wall bracket?

The Moen A726 is just the shower hose. You want either a wall bar or a hand shower holder or the wall supply elbows?

Is this hose more flexable than the one that comes with the hand held unit?

The Moen A726 is just as flexible. It's a replacement hose for the ones that come with the systems.

Will the A726 shower hose fit the Moen 3870 series hand held shower head?

The Moen A726 is a typical 1/2" connection, which should be fine for a generic Moen hand shower.

How long is this hose?

The Moen A726 is 69" long.

What is the difference between classic gold and polished brass -- they look the same when I view? Is the hose smooth or coiled?

The Polished Brass will be a bright/shiny finish whereas the Classic Gold will be a matte finish.

Is this hose made out of plastic? Or metal? We just got a moen showerhead and the hose is cheap plastic.
