Can I move the mounting hardware from the sides to top and bottom

The Moen DN0892 mounting hardware is designed to mount as shown in the product picture on either side of the mirror.

Can this mirror be mounted in a corner and screwed to two different walls? Can't find a corner medicine cabinet I like so this looks like it could be mounted in a corner???

The Moen DN0892 is does mount directly to the wall, the mirror does extend out from the wall on its mounting arms. It can be tilted to be parrellel with the wall but will not be completely flush.
