The only other thing that you will need to mount the Moen S112EP to the ceiling is a ceiling mount shower arm.

This model does not ship with the shower arm and flange, the model recommended for this is the Moen S113 14" Shower Arm with 1/2" Connection from the Waterhill Collection

How do you clean the lime built up off the shower head?

You can fill a small, plastic bag half full with vinegar; rubber band the bag over your shower head; and leave it in place for an hour or two. Then, remove the bag; and polish the head with a cloth.
