Will the Moen S6320 work with the Moen 151380 Chrome 16 shower arm?

The Moen S6320 will work with any shower arm that is 1/2". The Moen 151380 is 1/2" connection.

Does the threaded 1/2 inch connection require a gasket?

The Moen S6320 does not require a gasket.

I am going to install this shower head from the ceiling, but will also be installing a Moen Handshower. Will I need a separate valve & trim for the rainshower head?

The Moen S6320 could be installed in a ceiling mounted system with a hand shower and all be controlled with a single valve and trim.

Can I install in a tub/shower ??

Does this shower head come with a female connection to attach to a shower arm? I couldn't see it on your spec sheet. Does it pivot?

The Moen S6320 does have threading to connect to a shower arm, also is has a brass swivel ball assembly allowing for pivoting motion!

What kind of suspension pipe should I order with this showerhead if I want it to hand directly overhead (from the ceiling above the shower)?

The Moen S6320 would use a ceiling mount shower arm. They come if different lengths such as the 6" Danze D481316, 3" Kohler K-7396, or the 12" Grohe 28 492 (as well as others in various lengths and by various manufacturers.)

Does this shower head come with a shower arm? Are their options to choose from?

This is just the shower head by itself. There are quite a few choices for the shower arms under "Moen shower arms".

The Moen S6320 is a rain shower head. There is no rough-in or valve required for the head itself. The valve would be associated with the trim used to turn the water on and off. This shower head can work with any trim.
