Does the Moen 3916 come ready to install, or are extra valves necessary to purchase
The 3916 is ready to install and does not require a valve.
Does this faucet come without the sprayer?
The Moen S713 only comes in this one configuration but there is a quick connect plug available that clicks onto the side spray supply line if you don't want to use it. The model number for the plug is the Moen 143530.
Does this faucet have PVD finish?
The Moen S713 does not have a PVD Finish.
What is the side sprayer made of?
The Moen S713 is made from metal construction, the handles and sprayer would some internal plastic parts.
