Best customer service I have had with a company ba Not every thing always works out but Angie is the best customer service rep. I have ever had. Ordered this faucet plus a second for our bar. Originally shipped the wrong one for the bar but offered a return immediately. I decided not decide to return but the second one bought for the bar had a leak and Angie immediatly sent a replacement and easy return with no cost for return or shipping new one. Best service I have had in a long time and we loveee the faucets look and operation. Would highly recommend Faucet Direct for anyone and will make additional purchases for the bathrooms in the future!
