Nice trim kit. After installation the handle piece sits about an inch away from the wall trim. I called Moen and they said it was installed correctly. I like this kit, just wish the handle sat a bit closer to the wall. The finish is very nice and it is metal - not plastic. November 3, 2011

Moen Faucet bought this faucet to use in a shower to match other faucets in a complete bathroom remodel. I was very pleased with the appearance, just like described, and the function of the faucet is also just as described. Replaced older Moen trim Order received promptly and complete. Had to modify one plastic insert to get the valve to work correctly. Bought two trim kits- one worked fine as is, the other had to be modified. Might trip up someone not familiar with plumbing. April 19, 2011

is it made of metal?

The Moen T2151 is made up of metal construction with some plastic parts.

I have a Moen 1016P valve, will the T2151 work on this valve?

The Moen T2151 is only meant to use the 2510, the 2520, the 2570 and the 2590 valves.

can moen t2151 (brushed nickel) be used to replace posi-temp single handle (chrome plated) tub faucet model 82339?

According to the manufacture the Moen T2151 can by used to replace the 82339.

I am looking for a wrought iron or dark bronze trim kit that will fit my moen #2367 shower valve.

The Moen T2151 is posi-temp, which would work with the 2367 and comes in oil rubbed bronze.

Will this fit a temptrol rough in?

The Moen T2151 is will only work with the posi-temp rough in.
