You can screw on a hand shower to this stem. If you are looking to have both a stationary shower head and an additional spray shower head, you would need to use a diverter valve.
The Moen T2153NH can be used with a Moen shower head.
The Moen T2153NH and the T2153NH will work together but it needs to have the wall supply elbow to connect the hose to the water supply on the wall and the rough in valve. That part numbers are 2150 and the A725.
The Moen T2153NH does not have a different drain assembly
The Moen T2153NH does not come with the drain assembly - normally that is purchased with the tub.
