Built-in temperature limit stops allow you to control how far the handle rotates, in effect controlling the range of water temperature. sleek I like that the fixture is very contemporary/modern, and sleek looking. It is a darker brushed nickel than my other (non moen) fixtures, but was told that in time it will lighten up some. (Time will tell). It's not a huge deal bc it's behind a shower curtain. May 14, 2011
looks nice and water pressure just right The only thing I would have changed is have the shower / tube thingie be up near the hot cold water handle. that way you do not have to bend down to turn the shower on. That is how I have it in my basement. The style is good looking and modern without being gaudy April 19, 2011
Fine product at a reasonable price I looked at various options and selected this one for its simple, elegant design and brushed nickel finish, and I was not disappointed. It has a quality feel and looks great in my tub-shower. The simplicity also gets you a low price, as you are not paying for extra features and gimmicks. June 10, 2010

Will the Moen T2703 Single Metal Lever Handle Tub and Shower from the Level Collection fit the Moen Monticello Series Valve?

The Moen T2703 can be used with the 2510, 2520, 2570 or 2590 rough in valve.

How do you adjust the water pressure

The Moen T2703 doesn't have volume control, only temperature control. If you want to control volume and temperature, you may want to try a Moentrol valve, which allows you to adjust both volume and temperature.

How do you set the temperature?

To adjust the temperature of the Moen T2703 Lever Handle you will turn the handle counter-clockwise to increase the temperature.

what is the diameter of this showerhead?

The Moen T2703 is 3 2/3" in diameter.

Is the flange also included?

The Moen T2703 includes the flange for the shower arm and the plate around the lever.  The rough in valve is not included and can be purchased separately as item number 2510.

Does the moen T2703 require a valve or is it included with the trim?

The Moen T2703 requires a rough-in valve. If you're plumbing with copper lines for example, you will need the rough-in valve Moen 2520
