Exactly what I wanted I found this faucet handle on the Home Depot website and almost purchased it until I found Fuacetdirect's website. I purchased two faucet handles, two Moen adapters and a bathtub spout and saved more than $100.00 over Home Depot's prices. August 29, 2010

Perfect, just what I needed Perfect. It was only after we purchased and installed (sort of) new shower trim and tub spout from Home Depot that we found out that we needed moentrol shower valve trim not the positemp trim that we had bought. We incorrectly thought Moen was Moen. Home Depot does not carry moentrol trim so I went directly to faucetdirect.com where I was able to look through the large stock and find just what I needed at a great price. Amazing how once you install the right hardware everything works perfectly, lol. Thank you faucetdirect.com for making this purchase so simple and the quick shipping. February 8, 2010

If the rough in valve 3510 is installed inside the wall deeper than what is typically allowed for, does Moen have an extension to allow the trim T3111 to be installed properly?

The Moen T3111 and rough-in valve 3510 can use the 137347 extension kit.

Can this be used with the moentrol 3520 valve?

Yes, the Moen T3111 can be used with the Moen 3520 rough-in valve.

Do you have the bathtub faucet in the brushed nickel that goes with this? I don't want the shower head.

You could use, Moen 3808 Diverter Tub Spout from the Kingsley Collection with that trim/valve.

What is the difference between posi-temp and pressure balance?

The posi-temp is a pressure balance valve. The only difference with Moen valves are the Moentrol pressure balance are push pull to change pressure.

What is a conversion plate? I'v bought this handle but holes don't line up with my 1225 valve!

The Moen T3111 is set up for the 3510 3520, or 3570 valve.

I was told by Moen that this item will replace the existing 5x7 trim and single acrylic pushpull handle (Legend?), and requires the conversion plate. Is that correct?

That is correct.

Does this unit come with a shower head?

The Moen T3111 does not come with a shower head. It is just the trim kit for the pressure balanced valve.

Does this work with Moen mixing valve 1016P?

The Moen T3111 wont work with that number.
