Good product
Lighter in color than other "Rubbed Bronze" products - disappointing. Maonting Screw locations did not match existing fixture. Plumber required to install instead of being able to self install.

beautiful new bath!
I love my new shower fixtures by Moen. It made my bathrm look so modern and new! Factory direct was also helpful in my choice and it was delivered in just a couple days. The price was the lowest of anyone else.

Always loved Moen before
I bought this as part of $1000 worth of Moen bath parts from this site. Have always loved Moen before, the valve, hand held shower, etc. are GREAT. One star because of the slip on tub spout. It is junk. I had a master plumber install and he couldn't get it to hold. First time lifted shower diverter the spout shot off the pipe! Extremely poor design. Reordered a Monticello 1/2" IPS spout. Avoid slip on tub spout at all costs!

Horrible Flow
Thank you faucetdirect for your fantastic service. Everything in our order arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
This tub and shower set is terrible. I wished I would have upgraded to something nicer but we were in a hurry and I picked this on a whim based on other reviews.
We have nice water pressure in our bathrooms but this cut our pressure in half creating a spitting effect. The tub spout barfs out water in a haphazard way with no elegance whatsoever. Put the money into something better. This is junky.

Updating existing moentrol?
If you are planning to update an existing moentrol as I have (changing from gold to brushed nickel) you may need to order additional parts. In my case the cartridge was too recessed for the new escutheon plate. There is an extension kit (Moen #137347) that will extend the handle. Now the handle looks bizarre as it extends too far out of the escutheon plate. Never fear, there is an extension for the escutheon plate (Moen #162). Now it looks much better. Alas, with 3 showers to do, this has become a major expense. Was this part of Moen's plan? But there is an advantage in that they have a great service dept if you encounter problems. Also, since I still have brass door knobs and hinges, you can get little gold accents like the trim plate that attaches to the tub spout and shower arm separately, and a little gold button to cover the handle screw (more expense). Kind of helps to tie everything together.

Wish there were more moentrol shower faucets
Wanted to replace 80's shower/tub trim, but didn't want to replace the valve. After a little research, figured out we have the moen moentrol valve. Our choices were limited--and all fairly expensive. This was the least expensive style in the satin nickel finish. It looks very nice installed; love the bigger shower head! Plumber charged $60 to install the shower head, handle, and spout, and stopper.

I saw this in a store, looked on-line and found you with the very best prices and free shipping. I love the look of this item, just re-did the bathroom a la Paris in black and white and this works well. Shipped much faster than expected. Would buy here again.

Can we get this in a tub only configuration?
The Moen T3113 can be ordered as tub only, but you'll have to get each part. The handle is T3111, and the tub spout is the 3808.
Does this item number T3113 come with the spout, handle and the shower head or is all that individual items...Just want to verify it so I have what I need.
The Moen T3113 includes the Shower head including arm, flange, and diverter spout. Also, the diverter tub spout and the handle with trim.
Please explain the difference between the Moen T2113 and the T3113. What is a multifunction showerhead?
The T2113 uses what is called a positemp valve. This only allows for on/off and temperature control. The T3113 uses a moentrol valve which allows for flow control as well. Multifunction shower heads can be adjusted for different stream patterns.
I already have a Moen Caldwell sink faucet in oil rubbed bronze. Will the Kingsly tub/shower faucet in oil rubbed bronze be compatible?
Yes, Moen's oil rubbed bronze is the same with all their products. If, however, you were going with a different manufacturer it will very and one manufacturer's oil rubbed bronze will be different from another manufacturer's oil rubbed bronze.

What is the difference between Posi-temp and Moentrol valve?
The Moentrol valve features the ability to control volume and set a temperature memory while the Posi-Temp valve does not.
What is the width across of the showerhead?
The shower head has a 4 3/8 inches diameter. The spray face 3 1/2 inches.
does the handle pull to turn the water on?
The Moen T3113 does not pull out to turn water on.
