I pull the knob out for pressure (volume) and go 90 degrees left or right for temperature. Which knob (knob only) do I need, T3132 or T2442?

The Moen T3132 pulls out for pressure and turns for temperature. This is the correct trim for your application.

Can I still get the Lever Handle in Brass?

The Moen T3132 is available in polished brass.
