Double Handle Moentrol Pressure Balanced with Volume Control and Diverter Valve Trim from the Kingsley Collection
What are the others talking about??
This faucet might work great, but it looks like someone screwed up big time with the design. I have the mixing valve boty almost all the way to the way back (2x4 wall) and thick tile is installed. Heck, don't take my word for it, look at the 2 photos. I thought the sleeves (req'd) weren't all the way back so I unscrewed the face plate some. This is how it looks without the face plate all the way back. So this is the best it will look. Really? Who wants their shower to look like this???!!!

Good looking part, Bad fit on Connection Valve
Looks very classy.
Unfortunately the Moen 3330 Connection Valve caused the lower Volume Control Lever to stick out 3/4 inch further than the Diverter Valve Lever when both are pushed in all the way in the closed position. (Look at photo).

Warning! Poor valve design
As a few other reviewers have stated, the bottom handle of this Moen faucet sticks out from the plate a good inch from the wall. The top handle is just fine, so it's impossible to move further back. My plumber insisted he installed according to instructions, so I called Moen and they told me my plumber should have inserted a spacer on the top handle, which would have allowed him to install the valve deeper into the wall. No spacer came with the trim kit, and no mention of this is included in the instructions, unless you count a diagram with all the parts, shown in order of installation. This is an unsightly, cheap-looking result, but apparently Moen waits until the homeowner calls to complain to suggest a spacer that doesnt come with the trim kit or valve, and breaking through your newly tiled wall to set the valve deeper inside the wall. Don't mess with this. Just pick another option and save yourself paying to rip out everything and start again.

Controls Stick out Too Far
The concept of volume and temperature control is what sold me on the Moen shower head and handheld combo which requires the use of these controls; bought as a package thru FaucetDirect with no reviews on the page. Had it professionally installed for a brand new shower. Handles stick out way too far; Looks unfinished as a result. People have been complaining about this issue for at least 2 or 3 years in reviews I've found on the internet. Can't believe Moen has not rectified. Installation instructions nearly useless.

Just installed during a remodel. First, there were parts missing from the box but after ordering replacement parts and installing this shower handle, it does not look good...it works, but for the money spent I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Seems kind of cheap
The bottom handle doesn't feel tight or look very good...unless it was a bad plumbing installation I think this product seems a little cheaply made (the matching hand held shower hook was even plastic!). Cheap...wouldn't buy again.

Very functional in switching between shower heads. Love that I can have both at once, or switch between them. Love that is is all one unit, therefore no extra cuts in the tile. No issues with installation as mentioned in other reviews. However, this was a total new construction, so maybe it is easier to plan for.

works very well so far, nice finish, good quality. Would like to see a more distinguishing mark for hot and cold side. It is difficult to see. Easy to use; Good size to contain all control in one place. Prices, availability of items, and timely delivery is a big one!

Shower Trim Cover
Very pretty trim! The directions were a little confusing, but once installed we are really pleased with the way it looks. Deducted one star just because of the poor instructions.

this is an excellent volume control that was installed in our new shower. Works great with both hand held shower and rainfall shower. Both work at the same time or independently
