We bought the kingsley lavatory faucets and whirlpool tub faucet. The products are beautiful, and work great! We had a question, called MOEN they couldn't have been more helpful.

Finish not what we thought
The Moen Kingsley bath fixtures are beautiful and are working perfectly! However, the oil rubbed bronze finish that we expected to be much darker, turned out to be a brownish bronze, that made additional choices of cabinet hardware and shower glass handles and hinges difficult. For example, the shower glass technician suggested "bronzed copper" to coordinate with the bath fixtures. I did stay with oil rubbed bronze for shower and cabinet hardware, even though they will be much darker than our Moen fixtures, just for consistency with my lighting fixtures, which are ORB and very dark. So, bottom line is try to get everything together before installation so you are happy with coordinating finishes! This is a Moen issue, though, not a FaucetDirect issue.
Prices were great and customer service was very helpful with order placement. I probably saved $1K ordering from FaucetDirect instead of through my contractor's supplier. Shipment went 2-day air on time to my contractor.

Classy faucet
Installed this faucet on two bathroom vanities with a dark granite countertop. Very classy looking! They installed easily, but you must be sure to order the correct valve with this faucet. No problems, and they work superbly!

Great purchase
This is a very high quality very sturdy faucet set. I know we will get may years of service from it. This is a beautiful set and you can also purchase it with al the accesories(towel bar, toilet flush... as we did.)

Perfect match in our bathroom
We purchased two of these for our remodel with the Kohler Devonshire sink. We also ordered the Kingsley Roman Tub filler which matches. They are perfect. Make sure installer notes the small packet of silicone grease to lube the drain lever (ours didn't but I took care of it).

Great Quality & Attractive too!
I can't claim that I installed this myself but I will say our plumber did this with little to no effort and was very happy with my choice - this faucet looks great but has the quality that plumbers appreciate. BTW, if you know nothing about plumbing (like me) follow the advice of our plumber and stay away from places like Home Depot - I can't tell you how often I've purchased a faucet from that store only to have my plumber shake his head sadly and explain that I will be much happier in the long run if I just purchase a higher quality product. Moen brands, with all the metal insides (as opposed to plastic) seem to fit the bill. And Faucet Direct is affordable and ships SO quickly. Gotta love it.

Are the hot and cold indicators white as they appear in the picture?
The Moen T6125 has buttons on top of each handle that are white with black script writing indicating either hot or cold.
if I am replacing a Moen fixture do I need to purchase the drain valve?
The Moen T6125 requires the Moen 9000, if you do not already have this exact vavle, then it would need to be purchased.
What is the difference between CAT6125 and T6125
The Moen T6125 is a non low-lead faucet. Anything Moen that is starts with CA is for the California low lead requirement.
Does the Kingsley Collection have Bathroom Vanity Lights?
The Moen Kingsley collection does not offer Vanity Lights unfortunately.
Does the Moen T6125 have a matching deck mounted tub faucet with a personal shower?
Yes. The model number for the matching tub filler with hand shower is T922.
Is the Pop-up on the Kingsley T6125 plastic or metal?
The Moen T6125 comes with a pop up that is metal.
Why is the T6125 more expensive than the T 620?
Moen itself determines how they price their items and we adjust our prices accordingly. Price can be determined by just about anything: material cost, processes in production, demand, function, etc. We honestly cannot say why Moen sets a price for a certain fixture to it's cost, unfortunately. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Can the Moen T6125 be ordered with cross shaped handles?
The Moen T6125 is not offered with cross handles. The kingsley collection doesn't have replacement parts with cross handles either.
Does the T8125 have ceramic disk or some other material?
The Moen T6125 does come with ceramic cartridges.
I saw Moen's Kingsley Collection at a bath showroom in Tulsa and the handles did not have the hot / cold indicators. Can the hot / cold indicators be removed and replaced with solid covers?
Yes, the Moen T6125 comes with either the white buttons with hot and cold indicators or the plain colored buttons. You can choose which ones you would like to use.

The Moen T6125 does have plastic on the Hot and Cold indicators is made from a very hard plastic but otherwise it is a all metal faucet

Although the Moen T6125 is not low lead, the CAT6125 is.

The Moen T6125 in antique is not shiny, Antique is a dull "aged" finish.
Should we get the 69000 valve or the 9000 valve? What is the difference between the two valves?
The Moen T6125 requires the 9000 valve. When you select your finish and click add to cart you will see this is the only choice available. Select the valve and click add to cart to check out.
What is the rough in valve and where does it go?
The Moen T6125 will require the Moen 9000 rough-in valve. It is installed between the faucet and the water supply lines. It provides the water source to the faucet.
Will this fit a 1 1/2" drain opening?
The Moen T6125 drain insert wil fit a 1 1/2" drain opening.
Do the handles have a hot and cold button or can you get it in the finish?
The Moen T6125 does include the white handle caps however the caps can be purchased to color match the faucet.
