beautiful faucet
We bought the kingsley lavatory faucets and whirlpool tub faucet. The products are beautiful, and work great! We had a question, called MOEN they couldn't have been more helpful.

Finish not what we thought
The Moen Kingsley bath fixtures are beautiful and are working perfectly! However, the oil rubbed bronze finish that we expected to be much darker, turned out to be a brownish bronze, that made additional choices of cabinet hardware and shower glass handles and hinges difficult. For example, the shower glass technician suggested "bronzed copper" to coordinate with the bath fixtures. I did stay with oil rubbed bronze for shower and cabinet hardware, even though they will be much darker than our Moen fixtures, just for consistency with my lighting fixtures, which are ORB and very dark. So, bottom line is try to get everything together before installation so you are happy with coordinating finishes! This is a Moen issue, though, not a FaucetDirect issue.
Prices were great and customer service was very helpful with order placement. I probably saved $1K ordering from FaucetDirect instead of through my contractor's supplier. Shipment went 2-day air on time to my contractor.

Classy faucet
Installed this faucet on two bathroom vanities with a dark granite countertop. Very classy looking! They installed easily, but you must be sure to order the correct valve with this faucet. No problems, and they work superbly!

Great purchase
This is a very high quality very sturdy faucet set. I know we will get may years of service from it. This is a beautiful set and you can also purchase it with al the accesories(towel bar, toilet flush... as we did.)

Perfect match in our bathroom
We purchased two of these for our remodel with the Kohler Devonshire sink. We also ordered the Kingsley Roman Tub filler which matches. They are perfect. Make sure installer notes the small packet of silicone grease to lube the drain lever (ours didn't but I took care of it).

Great Quality & Attractive too!
I can't claim that I installed this myself but I will say our plumber did this with little to no effort and was very happy with my choice - this faucet looks great but has the quality that plumbers appreciate. BTW, if you know nothing about plumbing (like me) follow the advice of our plumber and stay away from places like Home Depot - I can't tell you how often I've purchased a faucet from that store only to have my plumber shake his head sadly and explain that I will be much happier in the long run if I just purchase a higher quality product. Moen brands, with all the metal insides (as opposed to plastic) seem to fit the bill. And Faucet Direct is affordable and ships SO quickly. Gotta love it.
