Parts missing
The faucet is lovely. The problem is that the stuff under the sink is not included. You have to buy it separately. Then your great deal is not so great.

Moen Eva series faucets
PRO:
Products are good and solid. I've used them before on 2 other sink projects. Faucetdirect has always done well by me. I will continue to purchase from them.
CON:
I don't know if it's the crisscrossing of the flex lines or the actual faucet themselves, but the water flow is now less than what I had before. Maybe it's the low flow water spacer that's in these faucets. It's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. And when using a tankless water heater, every bit of water pressure/flow rate counts.

Not that happy
To start the directions have NO words! In this case a picture is not worth 1000 words. I installed it with my dad who is a retired plumber and he had a hard time. It took about 2 hours to install. The counter top came with predrilled holes and the the faucet is awkward to use because it the water flows so close to the edge of the sink. I am really glad it was installed in a guest bathroom.

Great Product
We are very pleased with this Moen faucet. It's decorative in our bathroom sink and it operates smoothly.

attractive but...
I purchased this faucet on line- much better selection. We used a stone counter top double undermount sink. I would have preferred the spout coming out more so the water comes out in middle of sink.

looks great
We had the turn knob style faucets in the master bath. These feel, look, and function SO much better. Be aware, that this is only the faucet and none of the hardware. That has to be purchased seperately. i dont think that was as clear as it could have been for the wife, doing the ordering.

good deal
We installed a granite countertop and bought two of these faucets. They look lovely against the more decorative granite. They have smooth action and a nice spray. We looked at several more expensive models and really like this one for the money especially.

Beautiful faucet
I purchased this faucet to accompany a new vanity with a travertine top and they look beautiful together. The faucet is of very high quality and you cannot beat the price. I will continue to do business with faucet Direct!

I love the look, and it works easy, but I didn't like the color, it didn't match my other brushed nickel items from other brands.

The Moen T6420 requires the Moen 9000 rough in valve to be installed. The Moen model number 6410 from the Eva Collection includes the rough in valve. If a Moen faucet has a "T" in the part number then it will need a rough in valve. Can you mix colors such as sink faucets in nickel finishes or even bronze with polished chrome shower fixtures? I dont want to change eveything, only the sinks faucets to match my decor in bronzeaA. You can match like colors with the same manufacturers because their colors will be identical but when you start mixing manufacturers, the colors won't always match exact.
