Great Product & Customer ServiceI can't review every product we purchased because there were so many. We completely out-fitted two renovated bathrooms with sink faucets, shower sets and all internal plumbing, towel bars and toilet paper holders. Bought two sets of Moen Brantford, one brushed aluminum and one oil rubbed bronze. Had plumber install. Only problem was one tub spout didn't work. Called Faucet Direct and they had one at our door in 3 days, didn't have to return broken one. I'm very happy with products and customer service I received. More importantly I probably saved between $400 and $500 ordering myself and not through plumber or the bath design store where we purchased vanity and tile.

Good customer servicepurchased one of these Moen faucets for a bath remodel project. Moen makes a quality product and we have always had and still have Delta which are also good. The Moen style fit what we wanted and works great. We had is professional installed and the plumber indicated he always like working with Moen because the kits (faucets and 9000 kits) come complete and they are a quality product.
It looks and works great.

Nice but squeekyI purchased this faucet set to match other items from the Moen Brantford collection and was pleased with their appearance. However, after installation, I noticed that the cold water faucet squeeks when I turn the handle. I pointed it out to my plumber but he said he could not fix it because it was a factory sealed part.

Keep an eye out for rubber washersThe faucet looks great and works great. Combined with the Moen CA9000 Low Lead M-Pact Widespread Lavatory Rough-In Valve and Drain Assembly, it was an easy assembly process that required no sweat-soldering and had a minimum of wrench work.
Things you'll need: a larger (12") and a smaller Channel-lock pliers and some Teflon tape. One thing--when the instructions show squeezing some fluid out of the little packet onto the faucet stem before attaching the faucet, that's actually lubricant in that packet. Make sure it fully coats the rubber washers on the stem.

Very good faucet at this price pointFirst impression is that the unit is very well made. Not much plastic except in the connectors for the rough-in kit (purchase separately) which is necessary for this unit. Installation would be easy if your counter-top wasn't installed yet. But in my case, I was replacing an old, broken faucet and had to install while the sink and countertop was in place. That was a pain...
I wish the connectors for the rough-in kit could be removed easily. I will probably never remove this faucet until it wears out but if I did, the connectors would be totally destroyed. That's my only gripe...
Instructions were great.

Moen Brantford Collection in Brushed nickel.I like the weight and finish of the entire Brantford line. However I am not crazy about the mounting of the handle assembly, (beat it down and then hand tighten it by twisting the outer body) Who ever heard of such a thing? Everything worked fine as assembled and I have just retrofit every bathroom sink in the house, (6) with these. I like that the finish does not spot with water / soap spots

DelightedWe are finally enjoying our new faucets. They were shipped out and arrived quickly, but we had a wait for the sinks and counter top to be installed. They look beautiful along with our matching tub/shower faucets and installed wonderfully.
Thank you for your great and fast service!
