Great Faucet
We recently remodeled our bathroom and this faucet looks great. It was easy to install (we had to purchase the valve set in addition to the faucet). It is high quality and timeless. Also purchased matching shower/tub faucets and towel bars.

Looks great

If I am just replacing an existing widespread faucet, do I still need to purchase the valve. The faucet I have is a moen, but 19 years old.
Due to advances in valves in the last 20 years a new valve is advised. Though it may be that the original valve is still good, the manufacturer will be able to confirm if it is still useable with current faucets.
are the moen faucets steel ar plastic inside parts?
Moen's faucets are made of brass metal which do contain some plastic internal parts.
Is the pop up and drain assembly metal or plated plastic?
The Moen T6620 is constructed of metal. The pop up is plastic.
is this considered a high arc faucet? it looks like it goes into the sink further than the eva.

The Moen T6620 uses the 9000 valve. Most widespread faucets require a valve. If the product starts with a "T" it's just the trim and you do need the valve.
Can this faucet set be installed on granite that is 1 and 1/4" thick?
Yes, you can mount the Moen T6620 on a 1-1/4" thick granite counter top.
I ordered the T6620 Brantford kit. I need it for a new sink. I did not realize it was for replacement. What do I need to install?
The Moen T6620 is will require the Moen 9000 rough in valve. It will include all the other parts needed.
I want to install a brita water filter but i don't know how to remove the inside piece to place in the brita filter. How do i take that inner piece out of the faucet?

If you are refering to the center to center meansurement, which is the measurement from the center of one handle to the center on the other handle, this faucet can be mounted from 8"-16" apart.

The Moen T6620 does not use stainless steel for their internal parts and mechanisms, just plastic or brass.
Can I use the T6620 on a jacuzzi tub? If not, what would go with it?
The Moen T6620 is a lavatory faucet, the T933 is the roman tub faucet and will work with a Jacuzzi tub.
The rough-in valve comes with a chrome drain assembly; do you simply repalce it with the brushed nickel pop-up and drain assembly that comes with the faucet?
The Moen T6620 will come with the pop up and drain assembly that matches whatever finish you choose, if you choose Brushed Nickel, the pop and drain assembly will come in Brushed Nickel as well.
This is a replacement for an existing single handel faucet. Is rough in valve kit required?
The Moen T6620 does require a Rough In valve.
We are replacing a Moen 5901 faucet with a Moen T6620. Can we just purchse the trim kit and use the existing valve?
I was not able to bring up the Moen 5901. If your existing rough in is not the Moen 9000 then the two faucets will not be compatible.
Is a rough in valve needed with under counter supplies already installed?
Yes, this faucet will still require a valve. The valve that this faucet uses has IPS connections, which are threads, so you will not be required to solder.
Will this fit as a replacement for my Delta faucets?
The Moen T6620 can replace any widespread bathroom faucet, as long as you also purchase the Moen 9000 rough-in valve.
