So fast!
I ordered on line at 8:30AM Thursday and had the delivery by 2:30PM Friday. WOW. And it is packed so nicely - in foam cut outs in a tray box. Saved sooo much over in-store or thru a builder. Excellent work Faucet Direct!

Fast Delivery and perfect condition
Bought this product and its associated valve and was happily suprised at the speed of delivery. Product was in perfect condition in MOEN packaging and the customer service was very helpful with pre order questions. Price was also a big part as it cost me 50% of what it would have cost in Canada

Great for filling large tubs
Seems to be of the high quality standards that Moen is know for. Heavy duty materials used and very sturdy, wished that the rough-in valve (9992) purchased with this product was made of the high quality materials as this faucet is.

Excellent faucet - great price
We love this faucet and were able to get it from faucets direct at a savings over the price quoted by our local distributor. It adds the perfect touch to our newly remodeled bathroom.

Beautiful addition to our bath
Was a little nervous about ordering on line. We had gone to several plumbing show rooms around town and their prices were twice what we could get it for here. It arrived on time, was packed professionally, not a scratch on it. It did take both of us reading the directions, we just took our time. We will continue to use faucet direct for our next project "the shower" and also are double sinks.

Can you buy the hand shower separately, if you already have the brantford faucet and handles on your tub?
The hand shower for the Moen T924 is able to be purchased separately, but if you bought the tub filler without it you may not have the diverter lift rod. without that and having purchased the right rough in it would be difficult to install.
how to divert the water from shower to the faucet?
The Moen T924 has a diverter on the top of the tub spout to go from one to the other.
what is the measurement on the center of the mounting holes
The faucet handles are 10" on center. Please see the spec sheet for all available dimensions.
Where do I purchase the drain assembly? I don't see one here.
Depending on the finish you go with there are several different tub wastes to choose from. I would suggest looking under accessories, tub wastes, and then from there you can narrow it down on the left hand side using brand, price, finish, etc.
How long is the hose attached to the handheld shower?
The Moen T924 comes with a handheld shower that is equipped with a 69" retractable hose.
the 10" center for mounting holes... if replacing and the holes are currently 11", will this faucet set adjust to fit the holes as currently drilled?
The Moen T924 would still work even though 10" is what Moen recommends.
Why does the faucet need a rough in valve?
The Moen T924 needs a rough in valve because this is what the water supply lines connect to. It is a necessary item for the faucet to function.
