Can the center line of the mounting holes be less than 10 inches?
A. The Moen T924 is on 10" centers, and can not be less.
Can you buy the hand shower separately, if you already have the brantford faucet and handles on your tub?
A. The hand shower for the Moen T924 is able to be purchased separately, but if you bought the tub filler without it you may not have the diverter lift rod. without that and having purchased the right rough in it would be difficult to install.
how to divert the water from shower to the faucet?
A. The Moen T924 has a diverter on the top of the tub spout to go from one to the other.
what is the measurement on the center of the mounting holes
A. The faucet handles are 10" on center. Please see the spec sheet for all available dimensions.
Where do I purchase the drain assembly? I don't see one here.
A. Depending on the finish you go with there are several different tub wastes to choose from. I would suggest looking under accessories, tub wastes, and then from there you can narrow it down on the left hand side using brand, price, finish, etc.
How long is the hose attached to the handheld shower?
A. The Moen T924 comes with a handheld shower that is equipped with a 69" retractable hose.
the 10" center for mounting holes... if replacing and the holes are currently 11", will this faucet set adjust to fit the holes as currently drilled?
A. The Moen T924 would still work even though 10" is what Moen recommends.
Why does the faucet need a rough in valve?
A. The Moen T924 needs a rough in valve because this is what the water supply lines connect to. It is a necessary item for the faucet to function.
