Ask it here On the Moen TS270 the thermostatic handle has a button on the front that pushes in. What is the purpose of this button? Thank you.Can both handheld and showerhead be used at the same timeCan both handheld and showerhead be used at the same timeIs the diverter needed for the handheld or for a tub spoutAfter it is installed, can the angle of the rainshower showerhead be adjusted by hand? In other words, can it be tilted up for a taller person & down for a shorter person? Or is it permanently fixed in place?I'm confused about the second smaller lever. Large lever, temp/diverter button. One small lever volume... what is other lever for?A. The Moen TS270 features two smaller 'volume' control levers, there is one volume lever for each function. Because the main lever cannot turn the water off, but only controls temperature, a volume control is required for each function in order to turn the system off. The upside to that is you full control on how much or how little water comes out of the hand shower and the main shower head. Can I use the included rainshower showerhead as a ceiling mount? If so, what ceiling shower arm would work? Am I correct that this whole system is 3/4"? Any restrictions/considerations as opposed to a 1/2" system? What valve is needed for this unit? Can an additional Moen rain shower head be added? Can the rain shower head be moved so that the "rain" comes straight from above? How does the showerhead pressure compare to a regular showerhead (not rainshower)? Are the rough in valves included in the Moen model TS270? Or is this an extra costWhat is the purpose of the diverter button on the thermostatic handle? What does it divert? Also, why can't a tub spout be used with this system? Could not the tub spout be controlled by adding a third S3600 volume control valve if needed? ThanksA. We apologize for any confusion. The button on the thermostatic handle is an override for the valves temperature stop. On it's own, the valve stops at 105 degrees. By depressing the button, you can override it and go up to 120 degrees. A tub spout is not recommended as the valve can't provide that much water to that many outlets without a significant drop in pressure. If you plan to have a tub spout with it, installing a third volume control for it alone is perfectly fine, so long as it isn't used while the other outlets are in use. Thank you! 1) Does the TS270 central control valve have enough capacity to provide 2.5 GPM to each showerhead simultaneously?Does the TS270 require a 3/4" rough-in for a new installtion for full capacity? I would like to have capacity for full 2.5 GPM to both showerheads at same time. Will the needed 3-valve rough-in kit support both 2.5 GPM shower heads at full flow? What GPM does the assembled valve system have (at what PSI)?Can you adjust the angle of the rainhead or is it installed at a fixed angle? Is there a coordinating sink faucet for the Moen TS270?What Moen Trim matches this?I ordered this, but in addition I need a 12 inch straight shower arm to mount the rain shower head from the ceiling vs mounting it from the wall. What do you recommend? Can I use a 1/2 inch rough plumb to feed this faucet system? What would I need so the shower head extends farther out from the wall and falls straight down? I don't have the option to come from the ceiling itself.Does the rainshower head have rubber nozzles? How long is the arm on the showerhead? There are no dimensions for that on the spec sheet. One review says the shower arm sprays straight out. Is it not adjustable to spay downwards?Technical Specs
