Double Handle Moentrol Pressure Balanced with Volume Control and Diverter Valve Trim from the Rothbury Collection
Moen TS4211 READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Ask your plumber about the installation of this unit. If you are doing a bath renovation, you may be able to make this look better by setting your lines further back in the wall. When this diverter is installed the diverter knob and volume control handle stick out at least 2" from the plate. It looks really horrible. I have asked several plumbers about this and they all say the same...that is the way they are made. I can't believe Moen would have a design flaw like this. Make sure you consult your plumber before using a Moen converter as you may want to choose a different manufacturer. I am really disappointed with the way this looks.

Nice looking fixture, could be sturdier
The fixture looks great and works well. My only concern is with the PLASTIC piece that connects the Brass stem from the temp/volume control cartridge to the metal temp/flow control handle. The handle wiggles and the connection feels flimsy. I have tried to tighten the pieces to make them feel more "attached" and it does not improve the "loose" feel of the handle.
For the cost and the "Moen" brand name, I expected a more substantial feel from the fixture. We will see how it holds up and what kind of support I get from Moen when the piece fails. I fully expect the plastic flange to crack at some point, since the only point of connection to the metal handle is a small set screw.

Good product, but poor instructions
I like the Moen package that I purchased and eventually was able to install myself, however, the instructions were useless to say the least. It was basically 10 pictures with no description to install a shower and body sprayer system!
In all fairness, I was able to contact someone at Moen and they helped.
