If this is ordered are there any other parts and/or pieces needed or is complete with all that is required?

The Moen TS903 is NOT complete. You need to order the Moen 4992 1/2 Inch Rough In valve. This is required to install the TS903.

Does it include valve body?

The Moen Ts903 does not include the rough-in valve.

Does the TS903 include the two handles?

The Moen TS903 does includes two handles
